| Refund / cancellation | An eSIM (QR code) bought on Ubigi's website can be refunded if you have not used the data plan at all; a request after you start using it is refused. If you could not use it because the phone is SIM-locked or not compatible, a refund may be possible. Ask within 14 business days of purchase (or of the day the technical problem occurred) through the support form, with a receipt; once approved, the refund goes to the original payment method within 10 business days. A plan topped up on a Ubigi account cannot be refunded after you start using it (unless Ubigi confirms a technical problem on its side). |
