These plans cannot be refunded: UK Voice plans, the Thailand 10-day 50GB plan, the Europe Nomad Pass (subscription), and all Unlimited plans, which includes Nomad's unlimited Japan plans (the ones with a daily cap). Refunds go to the original payment method or to Nomad Points. |
