Refund / cancellationRequest a refund with the Request Refund button in your Airalo account. The button appears only on orders that are eligible; an eSIM that has expired or been fully used is not. If you give "wrong purchase" or "plans changed" as the reason, the refund can be paid only as Airmoney (Airalo's in-app credit). "Installation issue" and "eSIM not working" let you choose Airmoney or the original payment method. A refund to the original payment method usually takes 7 to 10 business days (up to 30 days at some banks), and for an order more than 30 days old it needs a review by the responsible team. The refund policy in the Terms of Use also gives a consumer who buys directly from Airalo a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase (the right ends 14 days after purchase or when the eSIM is activated, whichever comes first). If a problem on Airalo's side stops you using the service, you must request a refund within 30 days of the problem, and one of the conditions is that Airalo could not restore the service within 10 days of receiving your request; if you have already used part of it, only the unused portion is refunded.
